Two numbers on every line: what the government charges, and what we charge. The government fee is passed straight through — we do not mark it up.

Government fees are set by the State of Florida and the IRS and are correct as of August 2026. If the state changes a fee, you pay the new fee — never a markup. Website and landing page work is quoted individually because the scope changes with every business.
What is included in every filing
- ✓A straight answer up front about what you actually need
- ✓Preparation and review of the documents before submission
- ✓Filing with the State of Florida or the IRS
- ✓The confirmation sent back to you, so you can verify it on Sunbiz
- ✓A person you can call afterwards if something is unclear
I read that an EIN is free. Is that true?
It is true, and we would rather tell you than have you find out later. The IRS charges $0. Our fee covers preparing and submitting the application correctly. That matters most if you have no US Social Security Number, because you cannot use the IRS online tool at all and the application has to go a slower route where one mistake costs weeks.
What is the annual report, and when is it due?
Every active Florida LLC has to file it between January 1 and May 1 each year to stay in good standing. The state fee is $138.75. After May 1 the state adds a $400 late penalty, and it is not negotiable — so this is the one date worth putting in your calendar.
How do I pay?
Several payment methods are available. We agree on the method with you when you get in touch, before any work starts.
Can I check the filing myself?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Every Florida business record is public and searchable at sunbiz.org. You should never have to take our word for whether something was filed.
Not sure which one you need?
Send a message describing what you want to do. You will get a straight answer about what applies to you and what it costs — with no obligation to continue.
